Chris Brown Arrested and Charged with Felony Assault

Chris Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault Sunday morning, according to reports.  The troubled recording artist was with his bodyguard when some female fans allegedly approached Brown for a photo, but problems started when two male fans attempted to sneak into the frame. That's when Brown supposedly said "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing,' according to TMZ and threw a punch at one of the men.
Chris was in town to host a party at a local nightclub prior to the altercation.  He has not yet been released and the incident is still being investigated. Brown is still on probating stemming from the 2009 domestic violence assault on former girlfriend Rihanna.
