AY Makun has petitioned the police in Delta, requesting the arrest of Agozi Commedy, a Facebook content creator, for alleging he had an affair with May, Yul Edochie’s estranged wife.

In a now-deleted video, Agozi claimed that AY and May were having an extramarital relationship.

He also alleged that the comedian is the reason Yul and his wife are having a marriage crisis.

In the petition filed on January 24 through his lawyers, AY accused Agozi of criminal defamation and cyberstalking.

The stand-up comedian and actor denied the content creator’s allegations while calling for Agozi’s arrest and prosecution.

“The said publication alleges that our client is involved in an extramarital affair with one May Eodchie, the wife of Yul Eodchie and that our client was responsible for the marital crisis between May and her husband,” the petition reads in part.

“We urge your office to take immediate action in investigating and apprehending the identified individual.”

In response to the petition, Agozi shared a post via Facebook on Monday, apologising for slandering the comedian’s reputation.

He said his comments in the previous video were “fake,” adding that he only made the footage for clout.

“AY, I am very sorry. Please forgive me. I want the general public to know that those allegations I made in those videos are fake,” he said

“AY is the biological father of his second daughter, AY does not have anything to do with May. I just did that to get popularity.”
