David Cassidy has Scored His third Drunk Driving Arrest

David Cassidy doesn't have anything to get happy about today, as the former child star landed in jail last night following his third DUI arrest. TMZ broke the story earlier today saying that The Partridge Family star was pulled over and failed a field sobriety test after making an illegal right turn in Los Angeles. According to the police report, David then blew .19, which is more than twice the legal limit in California.
Cassidy was booked and released from jail a short while later.
His break from the joint most likely won't be permanent though, as this is his third time in trouble for driving under the influence. He was arrested last year in New York and in Florida in 2010.
