Asake respond to fans asking him to sing in English

 Yoruba is my Language I am a real Yoruba man” – Asak£ responds to the requests of Fans who ask him to sing songs in English

In a recent live video, Asak£ addressed some concerns with regards to why he sings songs only in Yoruba language

He made some clarifications about the question, stating that he’s more comfortable singing in Yoruba language than English, but every once in a while, he speak little bit of English in his songs.

Asake also went on to say that singing in English isn’t meant for him, and that he can’t change who he is, which is being a real Yoruba man.
